At Pajamere, we take utmost care to deliver products that meet our high-quality standards. However, if you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 93139 04544.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Size exchange is available, but both-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued for defective products.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for non-defective items.
